Torrance County has a large number of serious problems to be addressed by the next 2027-2030 County Commission! Most of these issues have been largely ignored by previous Commissions, some of them for decades! These are Bill’s “Big Six” issues, plus a few other “smaller” issues, that he wants to see tackled over the next four years.
